An Update From Scotts
Scotts are stoked to let you know that at Saturday night’s state print awards (the “PICAs”) we were the most awarded printer for our print quality – with a bunch of golds, silver and bronze. The results have validated the total overhaul of our business, with the multi-million dollar installation of our new Komori presses. In particular, we were honoured to win Gold for Christian Fletcher’s fabulous photography book, Silver for Martine Perret’s ‘From Above’ and Gold for the WIRF Annual Report (for the third year).
In addition, from a staff and environmental perspective, we are proud to have won:
- Media Super’s Future Leader Award– Rio Chard
- Best Printed Entry by an Apprentice– Chris Aitken
- FutureNow Commitment to Workforce Development Award
- Environmental Award
Other than quality, our main focus has been on developing the workforce and continuing to be the stand-out for environmental excellence.
Thank you so much to our existing clients who have supported us on this journey, and our new clients that have come on board. It has been a big year, but we are hitting our stride now and are seeing the fruits of our labour, with epic printing that has been getting positive feedback from clients. It’s really nice to be able to offer something fresh in print and see clients grow their businesses alongside us, with print remaining a key part of their advertising and marketing.
We are also really proud to be able to extend our offering to all Shires and Councils as preferred print supplier for WALGA (WA Local Government Association).
We look forward to working with you on your next project,
John Scott and Tim Scott
